FROM THE ORIGINS TO NOW

2007

Creation of Intema

In 2007, Intema was created to meet the needs of farmers in marketing their crops. Driven by sustainable principles and vision of future, all the partners were certified in organic farming, thus initiating the conversion of their farms.

2009

Organic products specialization

This pioneering initiative by Intema became a catalyst to promote awareness of the benefits of organic farming in the local farming community and beyond.

2012

Organic products

Since 2012, Intema has consolidated its exclusive focus on the production and marketing of certified organic agricultural products, reaffirming its commitment to sustainability and care for the environment.

2021

GMP+ certification

In 2021, in search of continuous improvement, Intema obtains the GMP+ certification in quality and animal food safety. This double certification, organic products and GMP+, positions Intema as one of the pioneering companies in Spain in this sector, standing out for its commitment and excellence.

JORDI M.

Forestry Technician and studying the Degree in Environmental Sciences, always working in technical sectors of sustainability, agriculture, forestry and environmental, in addition to continuous training in the certifications that we have.

More than 15 years of experience in the organic raw materials sector, and passion for their work.

Lover of nature, mountain sports and father.

INMA B.

Degree in Chemistry from the Rovira i Virgili University. Training and constant updating on issues of Quality, food legislation, Food Safety, and related certifications.

Previously, he worked in multinationals in the Petrochemical industry, performing chemical analysis and quality management in the laboratory.

Realizing the sector he was in and seeing all the dangers and threats that this type of industry caused, for people, animals and the environment, he turned his life around, and decided to dedicate himself to the organic sector out of conviction. It has been more than 20 years since this great change.
